What is “Organic food”?

The products that carry this seal tend to announce that the particular product is organic and matches the standards settled by United States department of Agriculture. However, products that are completely organic are the only ones that qualify to acquire this label.

How is 100% Organic is different from 70% organic?

You might come across various labels that would read “100% Organic” – “Organic” or “70% Organic” and so on. The label that read 100% organic implies that there are no signs of pesticides on the other hand plainly “organic” refers to the products that are 95% organic at least. There are also several labels that read “70% Organic” – these labels reflect that the product is made from Organic ingredients. Organic and natural are however not the same terms. Those cannot be used interchangeably.
